Over more than a decade of competitive shooting, long-range hunting, and building rifles for the most discerning shooters and hunters, we identified a clear need for an action that met our uncompromising standards. Every round fired, every hunt undertaken, and every rifle built informed the design process. That accumulated experience—earned through real-world use rather than theory alone—led to the creation of our own receiver: the FLX. Purpose-built, meticulously refined, and engineered to perform at the highest level, the FLX represents the culmination of everything we value in precision, reliability, and craftsmanship.

The FLX receiver is a lightweight, stainless steel, 700-footprint receiver engineered for strength, reliability, and accuracy. It features a 75-degree, 2lug bolt for faster cycling and improved scope clearance. The all-new low-angle extractor* is designed to provide controlled extraction and ejection of both empty brass and the longest loaded rounds. The receiver also incorporates a toolless firing pin removal system, allowing for quick disassembly and simplified cleaning or service in the field

Action lengths and weights with 2pc picatinny base:

  • Short Action – 24oz
  • Medium Action – 25oz (industry-standard 3.210″)
  • Long Action – 26oz

Lightweight by design, the action remains all steel where strength and precision matter most, incorporating aluminum only for the picatinny bases. The result is a refined balance of durability, rigidity, and weight—without compromise.

Meticulous attention to fire control group design and manufacturing eliminates any cock-on-close, resulting in an effortless bolt close while preserving a full .240″ of firing pin fall for consistent, flawless ignition.

All critical receiver components are proudly manufactured here in South Dakota, giving us direct, hands-on control over every detail—from precise tolerances to the final fit and finish—ensuring each action meets our uncompromising standards.
