Shipping Policy

Last Updated: August 19, 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with TS Customs, LLC (“TS Customs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website or directly with our staff.

Order Processing

We make every effort to process and ship in stock products promptly. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, payment processing, and any information or documentation required to complete the shipment.

Custom rifles, barreled actions, barrels, Cerakote work, gunsmithing services, and other made to order products are subject to the estimated lead time provided at the time of order or quotation. Lead times are estimates and may change due to component availability, production schedules, or other circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the products ordered, destination, shipping method, and any applicable insurance or handling requirements.

Any shipping charges displayed during online checkout apply only to the applicable order and destination.

Firearm Shipments

Firearms will only be shipped in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

When required by law, firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”) for transfer to the purchaser. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for an appropriate receiving FFL and provide TS Customs with the necessary license information before shipment.

Orders requiring an FFL will not ship until the required FFL information has been received and verified.

The purchaser is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and for completing any required background check, transfer paperwork, waiting period, permit, or other requirement imposed by the receiving jurisdiction.

Any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Suppressors and Other NFA Items

Suppressors and other products regulated under the National Firearms Act will only be transferred or shipped in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and applicable ATF requirements.

Processing and shipment of these products may require additional documentation, approvals, or transfer procedures.

State and Local Restrictions

Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain states or local jurisdictions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order may lawfully be purchased, possessed, and transferred in their jurisdiction.

TS Customs reserves the right to cancel or decline an order if we determine that the product cannot lawfully be shipped or transferred to the purchaser or destination.

Shipping Firearms to TS Customs

Customers sending firearms, barreled actions, receivers, or other regulated items to TS Customs for gunsmithing or other services should contact us before shipping.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging and shipping their property in accordance with applicable carrier requirements and federal, state, and local laws.

Shipping Carriers

TS Customs may select the appropriate carrier and shipping service based on the product, destination, applicable regulations, and service availability.

Certain products, including firearms and regulated items, may be subject to carrier specific shipping requirements.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it may be provided to the customer after an order has shipped.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.

Delivery and Signature Requirements

Certain shipments may require an adult signature or other delivery confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and for making appropriate arrangements to receive shipments requiring a signature.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

Please inspect your shipment promptly after delivery.

If a shipment arrives damaged, appears to have been opened or tampered with, or is missing items, contact TS Customs as soon as possible. Please retain the original packaging and shipping materials until the issue has been resolved.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier and TS Customs promptly so the shipment can be investigated.

Claims involving lost or damaged shipments may be subject to the procedures and timelines established by the applicable carrier.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, unsuccessful delivery, or shipment returned as undeliverable may be the responsibility of the customer.

For firearms or regulated products, changes to the receiving FFL or shipping destination may require additional verification before the order can be shipped again.

International Shipping

International shipments are subject to applicable United States export laws and the laws of the destination country.

TS Customs does not guarantee that any product is eligible for international shipment or export. International orders may require additional documentation, licensing, permits, customs processing, or the use of an authorized exporter.

Customers should contact TS Customs before placing an order that will require international shipment.
