Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 19, 2026

Welcome to the TS Customs, LLC website. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products or services from TS Customs, LLC (“TS Customs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, placing an order, submitting a deposit, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise doing business with TS Customs, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase products or services from us.

Eligibility and Legal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, use, transfer, transportation, and receipt of any product purchased from TS Customs complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

By purchasing a firearm, suppressor, receiver, ammunition, firearm component, or other regulated product, you represent that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the item in the applicable jurisdiction.

TS Customs reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or delay any transaction when we believe doing so is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, licensing requirements, or regulatory guidance.

Firearm Sales and Transfers

Firearms will only be transferred and shipped in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

When required, firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”) selected by the customer.

The customer is responsible for arranging the receiving FFL and providing the necessary license information to TS Customs.

The customer is responsible for completing all required paperwork, background checks, waiting periods, permits, and other requirements imposed by the receiving jurisdiction.

Any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL are the responsibility of the customer.

TS Customs will not knowingly ship or transfer a firearm where prohibited by law.

Suppressors and NFA Items

Suppressors and other items regulated under the National Firearms Act (“NFA”) will only be manufactured, sold, shipped, or transferred in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and applicable regulatory requirements.

NFA transactions may require additional documentation, approvals, tax payments, waiting periods, or transfers through appropriately licensed parties.

Approval timelines are controlled by the applicable government agencies and are outside the control of TS Customs. We do not guarantee any particular approval or processing timeframe.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that possession and use of an NFA item is lawful in the customer’s jurisdiction.

Custom Rifle and Gunsmithing Orders

Many TS Customs products are manufactured or configured specifically for an individual customer.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the specifications of a custom order, including caliber, action configuration, barrel specifications, stock configuration, finish, accessories, and other requested options.

Once production has begun or components have been ordered, changes may not be possible. Requested changes that can be accommodated may result in additional charges and changes to the estimated completion date.

TS Customs reserves the right to make minor manufacturing or component changes that do not materially alter the intended function, quality, or general configuration of the finished product.

Deposits and Payment

Custom orders may require a deposit before components are ordered or production is scheduled.

Unless otherwise stated, deposits are applied toward the final purchase price.

Deposits may become nonrefundable once work has begun, production capacity has been committed, or components have been ordered specifically for the customer’s project.

Remaining balances must be paid according to the terms provided by TS Customs and may be required before shipment or transfer.

Payment in full does not guarantee accelerated production or priority over previously scheduled customer orders.

Lead Times

Any production, completion, delivery, or availability timeframe provided by TS Customs is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Lead times may be affected by component availability, supplier delays, production schedules, equipment availability, regulatory requirements, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

TS Customs makes reasonable efforts to complete projects within estimated timelines but does not guarantee a specific completion date.

Pricing and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing, specifications, descriptions, photographs, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

TS Customs reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, change pricing, modify specifications, or cancel an order resulting from an obvious pricing or listing error.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Product Availability and Backorders

Product and component availability may change without notice.

Some products may be available for backorder. Estimated backorder timelines depend on component or blank availability, supplier production schedules, and other factors outside the control of TS Customs.

Placement of an order does not guarantee immediate availability unless expressly stated.

Customer Supplied Components

TS Customs may, at its discretion, perform work using components supplied by the customer.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that customer supplied components are appropriate for the requested work.

TS Customs is not responsible for manufacturing defects, dimensional issues, prior modifications, hidden damage, excessive wear, or failures originating from customer supplied components.

If a customer supplied component is determined to be unsuitable for the requested work, TS Customs may suspend the project until an appropriate replacement or alternative is provided.

Accuracy and Performance

TS Customs takes pride in the quality, accuracy, and performance of our rifles and gunsmithing work.

However, firearm performance is affected by numerous factors outside our control, including ammunition, components, environmental conditions, shooter technique, optics, mounting systems, suppressors, maintenance, and modifications made after delivery.

Unless a specific written accuracy standard is expressly included with an individual order, representations regarding expected accuracy or performance should not be interpreted as an unconditional guarantee under every combination of ammunition, equipment, shooter, or environmental conditions.

If you believe a TS Customs product has a workmanship or performance issue, please contact us so we can evaluate the product and circumstances.

Ammunition, Reloading, and Load Information

Firearms and ammunition can cause serious injury or death if handled or used improperly.

Any load data, cartridge information, velocity information, reloading discussion, or similar technical information provided by TS Customs is intended for informational purposes unless expressly provided as tested load information for a specific firearm.

Reloading components, chambers, barrels, lots of powder, brass, primers, bullets, environmental conditions, and individual firearms can vary significantly.

Customers are responsible for following reputable published reloading data, beginning at appropriate starting charges, observing pressure signs, and using safe reloading practices.

TS Customs is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper ammunition, improperly assembled ammunition, excessive pressure, ammunition outside appropriate specifications, or unsafe reloading practices.

Safe Use of Firearms

Firearms are inherently dangerous products and must be handled responsibly.

The purchaser and user are responsible for understanding and following all firearm safety practices, manufacturer instructions, applicable laws, and appropriate maintenance procedures.

Always ensure that the firearm and ammunition are compatible and that the firearm is in safe operating condition before use.

TS Customs is not responsible for injury, death, property damage, or other loss resulting from misuse, negligent handling, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, improper ammunition, or unlawful use of a firearm or related product.

Modifications and Third Party Work

Modifications performed after a product leaves TS Customs may affect safety, reliability, accuracy, function, and warranty eligibility.

If you believe there is an issue with work performed by TS Customs, please contact us before allowing another gunsmith or third party to modify or attempt to repair the product.

TS Customs may not be responsible for problems caused or materially affected by subsequent modification, repair, installation, or alteration performed by another party.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom manufactured products, completed gunsmithing work, transferred firearms, and certain regulated products may not be eligible for return.

Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Firearms and regulated products will only be shipped in accordance with applicable law and carrier requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and any required receiving FFL information.
